You choose the path we walk beside you.
Whether you’re ready to leave, thinking about it, or simply surviving we’ll listen, support, and never judge.
We can help you support a friend, whānau member, employee or client safely.
When you’re ready to focus on yourself again and take back control over your life, join our supportive group for wāhine healing from family violence.
You don’t have to talk about anything you’re not ready for. Just bring yourself.
We rely on donations to provide safe housing, programmes, and ongoing support. Your contribution helps wāhine and tamariki rebuild their lives.
Having a plan can make all the difference in a difficult moment.
Our safety plan checklist helps you think ahead and take simple, practical steps to protect yourself and your whānau.
Our children’s programme gives tamariki a safe space to heal, learn, and grow.

Koha Manaaki – The Caring Project provides thoughtful care packages and practical support items to women and children affected by family violence.
From warm winter essentials to personal care items and small comforts, each koha is chosen to help people feel supported, valued, and remembered.
This programme exists because we know that care is not only about crisis response. Sometimes it is the small things, a torch during a storm, a warm pair of socks, or a thoughtful note, that remind someone they are not alone.
Through partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and generous supporters, we are building moments of dignity, comfort, and connection for whānau in our community.
